On Wednesday, 16 June, at 20.05 hours a fatal collision occurred in Netherlands Road at the junction with Temple Avenue involving a young female jogger and a Blue BMW 3 series car which failed to stop at the scene. The car is a recently registered vehicle with a registration plate bearing the numbers 55 or later. The car was travelling north along Netherlands Road toward the width restriction and Longmore Avenue.
If any vehicle fitting this description is seen with indications of front end collision damage, or such a vehicle which is normally in use has not been seen since the date of the accident, please notify the investigating officer:
